Buy X number of licenses. We would receive one redemption code.
Open the App Store and redeem the code, with the Apple ID we used to purchase.
Download the OS installer. The installer can be stored on the network, external HD, etc, and copied and ran on each machine corresponding with step 1. The installer would not be downloaded from the App Store to each machine.
Software updates will be provided through the App Store. No Apple ID needed.
Groupwise on your Phone
Some of you have expressed interest in setting up your Groupwise on your phone. The directions vary due to the different types of phones. However, the following info should be sufficient. Any questions, please ask.
Go to your Settings and add an account, selecting Exchange/Microsoft Exchange.
In the appropriate boxes, enter your Groupwise email address, username, and password.
For the server address, enter mobilesync.sayreschool.org.
Leave domain empty.
If available, or if prompted, select to use SSL.
For the rest of the settings, the default should be used. However, you should only select to have the mail and calendar items synced. Don't choose contacts, as this will attempt to sync the whole Groupwise address book.
